Here are some of my personal tips for couponing and saving the most money.

-Have a coupon organizer.

-Get a newspaper every Sunday and clip all coupons. You might not need the products right now but you might in a couple weeks. (There is usually at least 1 insert in the paper unless its a holiday and then they don't put one in)

-If you have a Dollar Tree close to you go get your newspaper there. They are only $1. This way you can get even more great coupons.

- Always look at every ad. Go through them and see if you can match up coupons with the sales.

-Every store you go into always check out the clearance section. See if you can match up coupons.

-Always keep an eye out online for coupons. For instance Target has their own store coupons and usually update those every couple of days. (With Target you can add one of their coupons with a manufacture coupon to double your savings)

-Get on company mailing lists to get coupons directly from them. Look at the link above for more info

-Don't be brand loyal. You can always find a good deal on products just not always on what might be your favorite.

-Start a stockpile!!!! That has been the greatest thing I have done for saving money. Even if you might not need the product right away. If you can get it for really cheap or free then do so. It will save you down the line. I have 8 deodorants in my pile and I paid a total of $3 for all of them.

-Always always always keep your eyes out for a good deal!

-Keep following my page and I will keep you up to date on all the best deals I can find!

I quit smoking 19 months ago.....

This is the good that has come from me quitting smoking. My last cigarette was on December 11, 2009. I quit cold turkey. There have been times when it's been hard, but I feel some much better and I know it's worth it. I will be around for my kids so much longer.

* In 20 minutes your blood pressure will drop back down to normal.
* In 8 hours the carbon monoxide (a toxic gas) levels in your blood stream will drop by half, and oxygen levels will return to normal.
* In 48 hours your chance of having a heart attack will have decreased. All nicotine will have left your body. Your sense of taste and smell will return to a normal level.
* In 72 hours your bronchial tubes will relax, and your energy levels will increase.
* In 2 weeks your circulation will increase, and it will continue to improve for the next 10 weeks.
* In three to nine months coughs, wheezing and breathing problems will dissipate as your lung capacity improves by 10%.
* In 1 year your risk of having a heart attack will have dropped by half.

Still to come:
* In 5 years your risk of having a stroke returns to that of a non-smoker.
* In 10 years your risk of lung cancer will have returned to that of a non-smoker.
* In 15 years your risk of heart attack will have returned to that of a non-smoker.

Hangover 2

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MOVIE!!!!!

I loved the first one. It was funny, I laughed through out the whole thing. I could watch it over and over again.

When there is a sequel to any movie that I've seen I usually see it. However, I wish I would have skipped this one. There where a couple funny parts but for the most part it was gross and unfunny. There was too much full frontal male nudity. Don't get me wrong I like male nudity...but not this kind. The store line was very similar to the first one, just not as funny.

I understand when something is great you want to capitalize on it and make more money. But they really should have just let this one go. The sad thing is more and more people are going to see the movie just to see what the hype is about.

If you HAVE to see it wait for DVD or see if you can get it for free off the net.
